Honestly no reason to complain. Nice place for 2 nights with highly professional staff at the reception desk. A nice size room with large windows, shower plus all comfort. Extensive breakfast, variety of options available.

The room was spacious with a great view and an amazing shower, and there is convenient on-site parking for those traveling by car, I had a delightful Christmas and would gladly come back here, overall a fantastic stay.

Fairly clean hotel, I enjoyed caring stuff. My room was well-equipped with giant tub, the sofa bed plus a good shower, and the check-out was late. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and the parking was onsite. This was my fine stay on holiday.

The center of Strasbourg is a few minutes from the hotel. It is a perfect location for exploring the city. Lovely, cozy and quiet room. Very comfortable beds with smooth linens and heavenly comforters. Excellent and attentive staff. The desk clerk gave us great information and helped us find the best chocolatier in town. The Restaurant Goh was superb and a welcome alternate to the heavy Alsatian fare of the local restaurants.

Excellent location close to the center, good value for money. Nice bar in front of the hotel where they serve nice cocktails and delicious desserts.
The only thing I did not like was the bed, too soft.
